Are the Herbalife products safe?

Yes, they are.  Herbalife has been successfully operating since 1980, and have expanded to more then 90 countries. The 100% herbal-based nutrition products are used daily by millions of people in the world.

Can I use Herbalife if I am lactose intolerant?

All Herbalife products are derived from natural ingredients. This is why you shouldn’t experience any side effects. But if you have lactose intolerance you might need to use water, fresh fruit juice or Soy milk to mix your Formula 1 shake instead of regular milk.

Can I use Herbalife during pregnancy?

Herbalife products are safe to use in any time and condition but we advice you to consult your Doctor first. Product labels (ingredients) are shown for every product.

How to lose weight with Herbalife?

Losing weight with Herbalife products is easy.

  • Replace two normal meals (breakfast and dinner) with Formula 1 shake every day
  • Take your Herbalife tablets three times per day
  • Keep a good hydration by drinking 6-8 glasses of water. We suggest you to use Aloe Concentrate and Instant Tea for better results.
  • Cut back on the amount of calories you take per day with your normal meal (lunch).

What to eat while on Herbalife diet?

Eat your favorite food just like before but reduce the amount of it. The Formula 1 shakes will give you a feeling of fullness and you won’t be as hungry as before.  

What are shipping and delivery charges

We ship to the UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) only, using DPD Couriers. Our flat-rate shipping tax is £5.95 per order. Shipping for orders over £100 is free.

All orders placed and paid for by 6pm, Monday to Friday, will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after 6pm, at the weekend or on holidays will be shipped the next working day.

In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock – we will contact you by email to agree a suitable alternative, or we will place your item on back order – shipping it to you free of charge when available.

Some parcels will need to be signed for. If a parcel is returned to us, as it has not been collected from the Post Office/DPD depot by you, we will re-ship the item once you have paid an additional shipping charge.
