You understand and agree that the owner of this website shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data or other intangible losses (even if the owner of this website have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use or the inability to use the product(s) and or service(s) or any misuse of the product(s) and or service(s) in a manner not in accordance with their intended use.

This Agreement is made between MyHerbalMarket.com and you. This Agreement sets forth the legal terms and conditions for your use of this website and for your purchase and/or use of any Herbalife goods.

Your use of this website, including all web pages and all information, data, text, software, information, images, sounds or other materials (collectively, the “Content”) contained therein, or your use or purchase of any other offerings confirms your acceptance of this Agreement and is subject to your continued compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

If you are dissatisfied with the website or other Offerings, your sole and exclusive remedy is to stop using the website or other Offerings, except as otherwise expressly stated in section 8 of this Agreement (Complaints and right of return).

3. Trademarks and Copyright

All contents are reproduced with the permission of Herbalife International. The Herbalife name and logo and all Herbalife trade names and trademarks are the property of Herbalife International of Amarica, Inc. and its affiliates. The products brand names are the property of Herbalife International of America, Inc.

4. Prices

Prices are VAT included (0 % for food replacement products and 25 % for skin care, supplements and other products). We reserve the right to change the prices at any time without warning.

5. Shipping Costs

We apply flat rate shipping and the cost of shipping is reported separately at checkout. The shipping rate for orders under £100 is  £5.95/order. Shipping for orders over £100 is free!

6. Delivery time

All orders placed and paid for by 6pm, Monday to Friday, will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after 6pm, at the weekend or on holidays will be processed and shipped the next working day. Normal delivery time is 4-5 work days.

7. Delivery options

We will send our orders with delivery company DPD (UK). We do not accept liability for any delays due to the shipping company.

8. Money Back Guarantee

Herbalife guarantees the quality of any product which carries the Herbalife name and certifies that the products manufactured for it meet high standards of freshness and purity for customer use. We are confident that our customers will find our products satisfactory in every way.

However, if for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with any Herbalife product purchased from us as, Herbalife Independent Member, you may request a partial or full refund from us within thirty (30) days from the date you received the product(s). The refund will be made immediately to the payments method used for the purchase (PayPal or Credit Card)

This guarantee is limited only by the terms of certain specific warranties attached to or packaged with certain products and does not apply to any product intentionally damaged or misused.

9. Damaged packages

At detection of damage to the package, immediately report this to the post office or other carrier and make a damage report. Do not check out a damaged package! If you do not detect the damage until you open the package and the damage is such that it can be attributed to the mail or shipping company’s handling, contact them and make a damage report. If a dispute with the mail or carrier cannot be resolved, please contact us.

10. Weight-Loss and Product Expected Results

Herbalife products are effective when used combined with a calorie controlled eating plan and weight loss will depend on your motivation to lose weight and on your personal metabolism. Herbalife programmes are based upon, amongst other things: a regular exercise, a balanced healthy diet, an adequate daily fluid intake, right supplementation and sufficient rest.

Herbalife products are not designed to treat any medical condition or problems.

11. Payments

Payment is fulfilled when your order is placed and captured. We accept secure payments through PayPal or Credit Cards.

12. Placed orders

It is not possible to amend or change orders once they have been processed and paid for.

13. Personal use and resale

All products purchased are intended for personal use and non-profitable purposes. When placing an order, the buyer acknowledges this and guarantees that the products are for personal use and not intended for resale to a third party.

15. Modifications

We reserve the right at any time to:
